designed on a neighbourhood scale
to meet the challenges of tomorrow
Around a public square with shops and shared services, three mix-used and smartly designed buildings are united in symbiosis around a common base of services and activities. Located on the north Esplanade of Paris La Défense, the complex will have a total floor area of 141,000 sqm (including 134,100 sqm net floor area).

An international architectural dialogue
The first community that Odyssey created is the joint work of three internationally renowned architects. They imagined this neighbourhood together, with the aim of creating a whole for the benefit of the user and to bring an architectural singularity to it.
